Whatever the surface, our robots go anywhere. Climbing or descending, our platforms’ robust adhesion technology – whether vacuum, magnetic or hybrid magnetic – keeps them crawling smoothly and securely over both non-magnetic and magnetic surfaces. Our versatile robots can even complete inspections hanging upside, also when carrying heavy NDT tooling.

OUR ROBOTIC PLATFORMS
V-SERIES
- Smooth climbing on all non-ferrous materials
- Requires no external air or vacuum system
- Setup and into an asset in under 30 minutes
- Available in a number of different platforms
V1200 PLATFORM
The V1200 is designed for smaller assets with a diameter of just 1.2 metres and for inspecting vessels with top access only. This bespoke robot can carry most of the current NDT tools.
V1800 PLATFORM
Our V1800 robot is particularly suited for carrying out inspection in larger vessels, light chemical vessels and aircraft fuselages.
H-SERIES
- Two independent adhesion methods ensure the robot sticks to any smooth surface
- Providing adhesion redundancy on particularly sensitive surfaces
- Particularly well suited for glass lined vessel inspection and maintenance
The H-series robots adheres to any magnetic surface as well as coated, glazed or stainless-steel surfaces.
M-SERIES
- The M-series robots are unique in that they have the capability to climb on ferromagnetic coated surfaces and is particularly well suited for carbon steel assets.
- Operate on a wall thickness of 6mm and greater, and can work on coatings up to 3mm.
- The dual independent track systems pivot to keep the tracks parallel to the surface and thus avoid contact with sensitive surfaces.
- Actively controlled magnetic adhesion system provides transition through 90 degrees (bottom, wall, ceiling).
- With specifically designed shielded transport case – can be deployed instantly and travel anywhere as check-in luggage.
